Before TRUMPF, I spent 4 years at Tata Consultancy Services managing cloud infrastructure at enterprise scale — thousands of microservices across 10 environments for a $450 Billion retail client, and architected the end-to-end data processing cloud environment for a $150 Billion EU-based Medicare/Medicaid enterprise. Built automation using Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub APIs, and Scoped Tokens that detects expiring Visual Studio licenses and automatically assigns the correct Azure DevOps access rights — eliminating sudden developer lockouts, full productivity loss, and escalation tickets.
Designed enterprise Copilot governance end-to-end: heavy usage and abuse detection (identifying top-model misuse patterns), automatic credit limit enforcement with user suspension, non-usage license termination, and cost center billing automation — mapping user department IDs to cost centers for enterprise financial planning.
Identified root cause of blocked CI/CD queues: stale Azure DevOps agents occupying parallel job slots. Built real-time monitoring and remediation. Led org-wide training on efficient pipeline design and best practices.
